Site Plan

The site plan was carefully designed to accommodate 23 individual units, as per the client’s specifications, ensuring ample space between each villa to promote privacy and enhance the overall living experience.

Each unit was thoughtfully positioned to maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a bright and airy environment within the homes. A well-planned pathway connects all the units, providing seamless accessibility throughout the site, while also enhancing the sense of community within the development.

The design not only met the client's requirements but also emphasized the importance of functionality, comfort, and modern living, in line with the Dubai-style architectural vision.

Blending Tradition and Modernity: Elevation Design Options

Given Dubai's architectural style, which blends traditional and modern elements, we decided to present two elevation options for the design. Both options aim to capture the essence of Dubai’s architectural diversity while offering the client a choice between heritage-inspired and modern luxury.

Day View

The first option offers a sleek, modern look with clean lines, expansive glass facades, and minimalist design elements, highlighting a contemporary approach.

The design integrates indoor and outdoor spaces , ensuring a perfect blend of Luxury, style and practicality.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of this villa is designed to offer a grand living experience, featuring a lavish double-height living room adorned with a striking chandelier.

The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the spacious kitchen and dining area, all oriented to capture stunning views of the swimming pool through large floor-to-ceiling windows.

Expansive sliding doors lead to a generous outdoor deck, perfect for leisure and entertainment. The ground floor also houses a luxurious master bedroom suite, providing direct access to the outdoor amenities.

An inviting ground floor featuring a grand double-height living room, a spacious kitchen with poolside views, and a serene master suite—all designed for effortless living.

First Floor

The first floor is designed with a stunning viewing gallery that overlooks the expansive double-height living room on the ground floor, offering a dramatic visual connection between the levels and adding a sense of openness and grandeur.

This level features three spacious master bedrooms, each strategically positioned to capture breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the serene swimming pool in the backyard. Each bedroom is complemented by large windows that frame the natural beauty, bringing the outdoors in.

Adding to the luxury, each master suite is equipped with lavish walk-in wardrobes, providing ample space for organized storage and a seamless dressing experience. These walk-in wardrobes are designed with functionality and elegance in mind, ensuring a clutter-free environment while enhancing the overall sense of luxury and comfort in each living space.

Terrace Floor

The terrace is designed with an efficient drainage system to ensure proper water management, preventing any water accumulation during rain.

This system is seamlessly integrated into the architecture, maintaining the aesthetic appeal while ensuring durability and longevity.

The terrace also provides ample space for outdoor leisure, with thoughtful design elements that make it both functional and visually pleasing.
